Current market for Z4 M Coupe
Is it just me or is the market for the Z4 M Coupe becoming slightly softer? It felt like it was quite strong last year and maybe the first half of the year. But it currently feels like even clean examples are sitting longer and harder to sell.
I know it's generally the case for other high-end sports cars (prices are coming down), but I wonder if you are seeing a similar trend for the M Coupe? To me, it's still not as overinflated as the E46 M3, but I guess that there are a lot of competing options in the $35K-$50K price range from Porsche 911/Caymans to newer BMWs. |

That may be happening to a degree, however I think the larger factor is people are being picky as so many examples seem to be hitting the market. Good condition cars in a desirable color and trim combo are still selling quite strong.
Modified or less than ideal color combo cars are quickly moving downwards in the market. As always the devil is in the details... |
