Hard to tell from the pictures if you have red lights on or now or just a slight red glow, one of those things you need to see in person maybe or with a much better camera shot in low light setting out side at night. If all they did is put a red band around the lights to give them a slight red tinge it seems expensive for the minimal effect?

The dual eyes do look nice and that part is on my "to do" list.

Happy Motoring.

Indeed it does! Already got it on! got one from Bimmian! Had to customize it a little bit tho because our tow hook threads are deeper into our bumper so i had to extend it!

Hey, not quite sure what your talking about. I think that YOU think i put in red bulbs or something?? All i did was upgrade my low/high beams to 6000K, add dual halo rings, paint the housing two-tone

Thanks a lot! That was key in this project, doing something original! Feels nice having something one-of-a-kind! But its gonna be cool to see if other people try this out with different colors!

How's the quality of the seams? Looking at the light housings mounted can you tell they were altered....modifications aside?

You can definitely tell its been tampered with, NOT from the outside of the car tho, just holding the headlight he used a lot of stuff to hold it back together (the color of the substance is black though)

Please PM me the final price. I'm wondering about the custom paint job. I may have to do the same thing that you did except where you have red, I'll go with white.

You would be correct, I thought that the project was to put red halos around the regular lights, not put a red strip around the lights. I take it then that the red strip gives off a red glow when light which I guess I must be red blind. God I hate being red blind.

It's a nice install either way.

Regards.

Nice! Does anyone know of an outfit in the East Coast (Tri State Area) that does the same? Mine is a daily driver (unless it rains) and would hate to not be able to use it for a week or so. Also when this was all said and done, was it plug and play or did you have to connect wires/splice? Again they look great!

Daylight shot on the Dragon. Once the body shop reinstalled the nose and head lights, they ran a single power wire for me all the way back to the control box. They would not install that part. Bruce and I hooked the wire up per instructions and the lights stay on when the car key is started. I run daylight with no auto lights so all you see is the helo's just like in the picture. Once you turn your head lights on they pretty much disappear in the spectrum of light. The only other thing I am considering is the winking mod, the sliver semi cover over the top of the eyes like the newer BMW's have.

Regards

Something else, BruceJ order the parts from Ireland and made his own. They are tied in with his parking lights but still look really cool. They also come on remotely where mine does not.

Here's a picture of Bruce's, as you can see his daylight running lights are on and his parking lamps.
