I like the idea of the steering wheel spokes, that black plastic crap has scratched up badly on mine.

Wait, you have actual composite skills or you are learning?

If you have a lot of experience with this stuff then covering trim pieces with CF should be pretty easy and very desirable.

I have actual composite skills. I spent a few years building custom canoes out of fiberglass and CF for a local outfitter around here.

Thanks for the ideas and suggestions guys, I have compiled a log with all the ideas. I am going to let this thread go for a couple more days and I will get a poll going with some of the top suggestions to start.

I plan to fund bigger and more complex tooling with some of the revenue I can generate on the more popular pieces.

So is it easy for you to do overlays? Why don't you start with that?

Overlays are extremely simple and the easiest form.. this would however require me to either A) buy new pieces, or B) have people send me their stuff to overlay.

Which is always a possibility I guess.. I'll have to run a poll.

x1000. Especially the steering wheel trim tabs.

Edit: I think those are all standard pieces except for the steering wheel trim, so all Z owners could benefit.

I would buy new ones just so I could send them to you to either make covers or replacements. Especially if you gave me a discount.....
