Had the Z4 four days and it's going back already.
Left front headlight keeps going out. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. Don't think it's a bulb issue because the high beam doesn't work either. Plus a dead bulb is a dead bulb, no? While I'm at the dealer on Friday I need to have them pull the BT code and reset my keys so they unlock all doors with one click. At least Friday is supposed to be a nice day.

Bad contact or a loose or broken wires the only thing that would affect one bulb. Switch would be both

Hope it all gets worked out! It's always a bum deal not being able to drive because your car is in the shop.

Last night I played around with it. The left headlight, low or high beam, won't work sometimes and will work others. If I leave the lights set on auto, it won't work. If I then move the switch to headlights, it will work. Then the next time I try, it's just the opposite. Got to be a loose connection or something similar. I have an appt at the dealer tomorrow and they'll give me a loaner for a few hours. Shouldn't be a big deal, I think.
