Saying Hi!

Hey folks. After a more than a decade long gap the Z4 bug bit me again. Have owned multiple sports cars along the way but this time around looking to learn doing the small to intermediate work on my own.
Just picked up this high mileage 2007 3.0 manual. Not a lot wrong with it (I hope) besides a little oil leak from top of oil filter housing at the cap. Hopefully just the o ring or not torqued right but mentally preparing to change the housing gasket. Some wind noise, an odd button not working, minor trim stuff etc.
Looking forward to being part of the community. I’m in north NJ btw and always down for a gtg on the weekend.
