Can anyone confirm that door cards are interchangeable between models? Ie: Card from a 3.0 fits and M coupe?

Door panels came off a convertible and they are dream red. I am trying to reply to all of you now, thanks. I will upload pictures of CF Grilles later tonight and maybe some other things im missing. Thanks for your patience.
