Afe Intake for Z4M

BIMMERPOST / Classifieds
Asking Price:

✓ Will Ship

Item Interest
I have a Z4M Afe intake for sale. It is couple years old but only have about 5k miles on them. It is the oil version. The kit will have a brand new lower portion (Afe sent me a replacement for shipping damage but i never swap the part out). The top cover powder coat is bubbling up around the screws but could be repaint if you are picky. I was going to do respray with matte black to match the engine bay interior but now i have a Gruppe M. I could clean and re-oil the filter if i have time (or the buyer really want me to).
I am asking $325 for local buyer (bay area California). Shipping will be around $25 for Cont. USA.
Awesome Intake that will wake your S54 up. Thank you for looking.
These are some pictures I have; will take more pictures once I remove the intake off the car.

Nope, i missed out on the pre-production offer but found an oversea vendor for Gruppe M at less than the current Evolve Eventuri pricing. I really wanted the Eventuri but decided to stick with the more proven Gruppe M.
Thanks for the bump!

I bought and fitted one of these about a month ago. It makes a dramatic improvement in induction noise. I added a heat reflective coating to prevent heat soak and it did the job nicely.

Yes, the engine definitely comes alive above 3,000 RPM (actually louder than my Super Sprint X-pipe and race can).
I am not aware of any heat soak issue. I am sure the intake temperature might fluctuate a little during stop and go traffic but should settle down once the car is in cruising mode.
