E46 strut reinforcement plate in E85
Will the Strut reinforcement plate for the E46 fit in the E85? I would like to strengthen this area while I am redoing the front struts. I found the upper strut bearing assembly was cracked and a little deformed.

Hey! So to answer that question, yes, you probably should buy the e46 reinforcement plate for the strut towers. Don't forget to buy the rears as well. The plates go between the strut tower and your coilovers (what I have) or your OEM struts. For the rears, you put it on top of your strut tower inside the trunk of the car. It's designed that way, don't know why but just install it like that. You should do the reinforcement asap before the strut towers deform and that cost lots of money to fix.
