Ticket

Well, I guess I knocked on wood one too many times.

I got pulled over Sunday and got a ticket for "no front license plate" since it is in the windshield. Finally ordered my gomini frame, just hope I can get out of my $63 ticket!

Overall it was good cause the cop was really nice and I was doing about 20 over when I passed him, but he said he couldn't get a reading on me... thank God.

I'd count your blessings....a speeding ticket would surely be more than a license plate missing one.

Good thought Rosie! i'm going to leave my front plate off so that I'll be more likely to get a ticket for that instead of speeding.

Same here not installing a front license plate. I'm already rehearsing what to say to the cops, hopefully I wont get pulled over twice with the same guy

I have my license plate ready with scratches and bent in purpose , When a cop pulls me over I'll just tell him that I just had a wreck lask week and show him my beat up license plate

Yeah I oredered the GoMini so I can decided whether I want to have it on or not. I still like it much more without the plate but it sucks wasting time getting pulled over.

I'd say the plate work order will always cost less than the ticket...and no points, either....at least here in Maryland.

They don't do points in Iowa... and a plate violation is not a moving violation so there is nothing bad except for the fine itself.

Most highways are 70, the Business roads are 65. Other than that it is about the same as I have seen it elsewhere.
