Very well done. What size tires did you end up with those wheels?

No not at all... I love the sound. To me it sounds like it should do.

Looking very very nice and great interior, "right" side of the pond gets all the good options and glad to see the steering wheel on the "right" side as well lol.

No rubbing??, sorry to doubt but i would have thought with that wheel/ tyre combo would have had some rubbing, maybe not day to day running, but hard cornering/ braking.

Maybe the addition of a Magnaflow #11378 it would take the edge off and give it a slightly lower note. Dual in and out, straight flow, and only 11" in length.

Funny that you posted this Lance....I was just searching for dual in/out stainless mufflers and found that exact unit. Can be found for as cheap as 78.00$ shipped on Ebay. The rest is cutting and fitting with a few tack welds prior to nailing it down for building a jig.

My welder is unfortunately still back in Missouri.....along with my tube notch-er and chop saw, lol.

Maybe you and I should scheme together and do this to design a S.I. configuration true dual/quad tipped exhaust ?

Let me know you're coming, I'll wear grubbies to facilitate getting under the cars.
Apologies to the OP, did not intend to hijack your thread.

Hi Guys,

Just thought I would share with you a link showing alterations I've just had done to the exhaust system.

I'm loving the new look and sound :-)

I'm sure this is dead but removing the black box (gas vapor system) how did you get rid of the service light?

Removing the back box (muffler) only will not throw a CEL. As far as the vapor recovery system, some have removed and plugged with no reported CEL. Depending on how you route the exhaust tubes, you could also relocate the vapor collector to the center similar to the Z4M. Extending the exhaust tube under the bumper does not require modification of the vapor collection system.
