Front Wheels Rubbing Help

While washing my car over the weekend, I noticed that the front wheel lining had been rubbed through. I've never had rubbing issues in the past (have had the current wheel/tire combo for ~1yr), the only thing thats changed recently is the dealer did an alignment to factory specs. When I researched before buying the wheels and tires, I didn't find anything saying that would rub

Are there any suspension components that I should check out that may have worn out and created a rubbing issue? Is there an alignment change that would correct the issue? EDIT: looking at it more, it looks like it rubs on full lock

2003 3.0i Sport Suspension (not lowered)
Front: 19x8.5 ET40 wheels, 235/35/19 tires

Thanks!

Here are pictures of the drivers side, the passenger is the same
