Just got the factory ash tray aux kit to realize previous owner had already installed an aux under the dash, I just didn't see it earlier! So have brand new unopened ash tray aux kit. I'm located in SF, local pickup $55, shipped $65.

This is kind of funny. I just saw another Z4 coupe last week that had an ashtray aux port installed. I thought to myself, "I need one of those!" Got home, looked in the manual, and it turns out I already had one - under the dash, easily accessible but utterly out of sight unless one knows where to look. I bent down there and sure enough there it was.

Anyway, free bump, GLWS.

Haha, yeah i wish i had checked! However the location is great since it's out of sight but very convenient.
