DIY? A/T Tranny Fluid Change for E85?

i have done some searching... found threads regarding what kind of fluid to use... when to change it.. etc...

I have not really found anything on how to change it.... from what i have been told, its a little complicated and expensive....

if anyone knows of a DIY or can simply just explain how to change it... help!

im at 75k mi and with all of the track days and aggressive driving i think its safe to say i need to change out the fluid.

Thanks very much. That's a decent write-up and made me reconsider a DIY on this. Doable, but more involved than I anticipated. I hear it's over $300 if done by the dealer. I'll check with my local indy to see if I can get a better price.
