This GB is limited to one month to comply with Zpost vendor rules.

The Details

• A minimum of 6 paid orders are required to proceed.
• Development of production materials; jigs, templates etc. has already begun, in order to move things along as quickly as possible.
• Production phase will begin with the initial 6 orders, with remaining orders to be scheduled accordingly after completion of the initial six.
• Price is based on a finished product that is blocked out and sanded ready for paint.
• All fasteners, double sided tape etc will be included c/w full instructions on fitting.

Pricing:

• The GB pricing is based on a minimum of 6 orders.
• Based on the interest thread this should not be a problem, however if the minimum is not reached those that do sign up will be given an option to proceed with an adjusted price. (tbd based on numbers)

GB Price for minimum of 6 = $950 USD plus shipping, packaging and PayPal fees.

Payment and Shipping Info:

Shipping

• Shipping including packaging anywhere in the Lower 48 = $60.00 USD (tracking included)
• You will be contacted regarding shipping costs outside of the USA
• Shipping will only be to the address on your PayPal account. No substitutions.
  Please ensure that your Pay Pal ship to address is up to date!
• Shipping will be in stages as production groups are completed.

Payment information.

• Pay Pal is the only accepted method of payment.
• Payments to be made in full for the initial 6 when that milestone is achieved AND when you have been contacted with the PayPal address for your payment.
  Subsequent order groups will be contacted on completion of previous group.
• All payments must be made through Pay Pal. After payments have been received and processed, the production run(s) will proceed.
  
• In order to process PayPal payments without a 30 day holding period, you will receive a notification from PayPal for “services rendered”. You will need to reply back to acknowledge (agree).
• PayPal fees to be added at 2.9% + transaction fee = $30 USD (for international locations, other PP fees may apply).

All In Total for lower 48 = $1,040.00 USD (950+60+30)

Side pieces fasten with double sided trim tape around wheel arch.
The bottom section is supported on the underside with mechanical fasteners using OE locations.
The center section requires 3 holes on the underside of the cross bar.

If it ever needs to be removed there is no visible holes or damage to the bumper.

Things are moving along nicely.

A lot of the templates and jigs are coming together and I have most of my foam cutting tools built and ready to go.
Materials will start arriving next week, the only thing I'm waiting to get confirmation on is the high density foam date. (should be within a week)

This is the main form blocking cutter.
& a sample test piece.
This test piece was done free hand, with templates you can see that its a very precise tool.


& these are the various hand cutting tools also used with templates for detail shaping of the foam.

Question: With how low the stock height is already, does this lower the front ground clearance? If so,by how much?

Check updates 4 & 5 for completed prototype piece that I ran all of last year.

This mounts flush with the bottom edge of the bumper.
Ground clearance is not changed.
