Add on Horse Power z4 2007 3.0i
As a first time BMW owner ( Corvettes, Porsche, MB, Viper prior ) I can know what to add on. My goal with the is with the Z4 (auto/3.0 SI is a bit more power , better throttle response, and a sport exhaust sound. Can you help me get the most bang for the buck?

LSD with lower gearing is about it. There aren't really any FI options at the moment. You can try a search for the thread on a 3.0si turbo/supercharger in the Engine/Exhaust/Drivetrain subsection.

no real fi options yet and i wouldn't bother even if a tuner came out with one.
your first post is a bit confusing, can't tell if you have the 3.0i or an auto 3.0si. but if you have the 3.0i, many have succesfully done the 3.0si conversion which requires adding the 3 stage intake manifold, which is the main difference between the cars. then you can get the car tuned, few different companies out there but seems like AA is the most reputable. also agree on gearing & lsd. |

One off-topic question: do you feel and hear a vibration in the car when accelerating hard through the rpm band in second gear, 3500-7000rpm? |
