it should work fine with the iphone. I'm gonna check, I might have the 12v-5v adapter you would need. Then it would play and charge your iphone.
You're limited to 5 playlists, which is enough for me. Well, you'd create 5 playlists called "BMW1, BMW2..." that would be selectable quickly by the numbers on the radio, but you can still have any number of playlists after that that you could listed to by "play all". http://www.zpost.com/forums/showthre...highlight=ipod as for the cd changer, my car never came with one, but I think it just uses the cd changer cable that plugs into the radio. Mine was already pre-wired, so I just changed out the unit for a new one. Then I realized my old one is fine. I believe these are the correct instructions, the hardest part for me was routing the cable from the glovebox since I didn't use any tools except jammed my hands in tight places to grab it http://www.bimmerfest.com/forums/sho...d.php?t=297113 If you have any more questions hit me back. To compare, I had the Dice kit and it would often cut out. The Intravee kit is expensive as fuck. The only issue I had with this kit is that the unit-ipod cable wasn't installed properly (was rubbing on hard edges) and eventually got physically damaged.

U're lucky. I got someone else that wants it, but you get first dibs at it since you said you'll take it first. I found the 12v-5v adapter, it cost $20, but I can throw it in for an additional $5. Figure shipping will be about ~$5 by priority mail
