DKF Exhaust Install

New exhaust went on this weekend

OEM

OEM removed

DKF on

So far, I'm LOVING the sound this thing makes. It REALLY woke up the S54. The coupe just got a lot more fun

what did you have before? Those don't look like oem mufflers

They were magnaflow mufflers with custom tips. I will be posting them up for sale shortly.

Did you experience any droning with just the open headers?

pretty raspy. I'd think the aero turbine muffers would cut that more

its always hard to capture the true sound on a digital camera. Sounds amazing in person. Yes its LOUD, but that's what I wanted; a raw, raspy, motorsport sound and I can say with confidence that this exhaust accomplishes all of those points. Rev match downshifting makes noises that only dreams are made of too.

If anything, the only thing I would change on this system would be the section 1 resonators to give it a little more grumble.
