Rev drops when shifting
When you guys are shifting at around 4k+ how fast do your revs drop? Do your revs drop fast enough for you to catch the revs when you are done shifting to the next gear? Reason I ask this is that I noticed that when I shift too fast sometimes I have to wait for the revs to drop before releasing the clutch to match the revs on the upshift.

Don't worry about it.

I can't say I have a problem if I'm shifting at around 4K. Then again, I don't usually shift too fast or hard. If the revs aren't dropping fast enough for you, turn on the AC.
