Z4 in Knight and Day

I saw Jay Leno last night and he had Cameron Diaz as a guest. They showed footage of her new movie (Knight and Day) with Tom Cruise with her driving a Z4M. The strange thing about this was that the front wheels were the stock M wheel while the back wheels appeared to be 19" wheels with a different pattern. It looked very strange with two different wheels on the car and while most people wouldn't have noticed the wheels, I was checking the car out closely and picked up on it right away. I wonder what the story was with the different wheels.

I saw the movie last night, no Z4 cameo. Plenty of airtime for a 7-8 year old MB SLK 230 though.

The back wheels were the 19" E46 M3 wheels. As for why, I have no idea. I think a set of 4 would look sweet on this car though. Only catch is I think they're fairly heavy -- 28 lb front, 29 lb rear -- which is about the same as the stock 18"s.

As for why, I wish I knew too.
