Just tug on them.
Not sure if the emblem can be replaced without removing the bumper cover.

The grilles have plastic nuts on them?

no, the emblem does, that is why you have to take the grill out to get underneath

Yes OK

I still think the bumper cover has to come off.

Anywho, pull on the grilles, they will come out.

As stated^ they pull out.
It also helps if you push up and pull out from the bottom edge.
You only have to remove one to access the badge nuts.

Well, this past Friday I got up the nerve. I closed my eyes and tugged on it. Nothing.
I then went by my mechanic's shop and he looked at it and said hmmm. He tugged on it and nothing. Then he said " hold on a minute." He came back with a small plastic pry bar and put under the bottom of the grill and it popped right out. No Damage. Took the old emblem off and put the new one on. The grill popped right back in. Thanks for all the help,
this forum is awesome !!

All you have to do is grab the grill with both hands, push up and pull out from the bottom.

That is all there is to it. No special tool needed.
