Bluetooth

I was lucky - my 2007 Z4 came with its Bluetooth code and I've been able to pair my Samsung Epic with the car. However, all I ever see is a message "Loading Phonebook", but it never seems to finish loading. I have about 750 contacts. Does it start over every time I start the car? I haven't been ale to use the phone over the Bluetooth because of this.

Any ideas?

Mine displays the same message, but I can use the phone via the car's bluetooth feature to place and receive calls, using handsfree and the car's speakers. So, I just ignore the message. I think you just need to press the little steering wheel button with the guy talking, hold until you hear a beep, and then say "dial number" and respond to the unit's commands.

It should say "please say a number"

You could say "8-6-7"

It will say "continue"

You could say "5-3-0-9"

It will say "continue"

You could say "dial number"

It will say "dialing number".

Jenny should answer.

I think at 750 you have covered the "hoes from every area code" requirement

I think Jenny's number has been disconnected for some time now... =)

Since we're on the subject of Bluetooth, does anyone know how to Ignore or Decline a call? I'm really sick of having to wait out the ringer when I don't want to answer a call.

I know! Doesn't anybody listen to 80's music on XM Radio?

Calling Jennie

Huz-Z,
I just got it.
Funny!

I need to try this in my 2006 Z4. I really should read the manual before asking for help.
