I like this site. I like it because we can still talk about our Zeds, and learn a thing or two. I also like being able to jump onto the E90/M3/XBimmers boards to stir up the pot if I'm bored.

I still wish for a return of Z4UM, but I dunno which site I'll gravitate to more if it does come back. I'm feeling settled in again...

I don't know if the Europeans will come back or not. zroadster.net has sucked them in with their friendliness and large membership.

Hi Guys,

Sorry for the lack of updates, we are just in the process and getting the forum back up and running. Its taken a bit of time tracking all you guys down as you are spread across loads of different forums now!

Amir is currently getting the admin passwords reset and then we will be getting the issues with the site rectified.

This will also be the first time that the mods & admins will have direct access to the forum software so we will be updating it with the latest version, security fixes etc ASAP.

Measures have been put in place to ensure that this amount of downtime won't happen again.

We are aiming to get Z4UM back up and running in the next couple of weeks.

Apologies for not getting word to you sooner.

I loved the "problems" section and I do not refer to Rick Hunter here :rocks: - it helped me figure out a lot of the problems I had with my old Z4M "Roaster".

I haven't had a chance to post much here on Zpost due to work & travel... but it's definitely staying on my favorites list (I still hadn't removed z4um from my favorites either - maybe I am just a desperate fool!). Thanks for the update! There's a "how to" that I really need! But again, this is looking like a good place too. Haven't been on much recently as my mother just passed away, but am looking to maybe make a meet or two this summer if I can fit them in.

Thanks mucho for the update. I still check first thing in the morning and around noon my time just in case. Since I start work at 5:30 am Pacific time, I like to see what's been posted all day by the Euro crew. Gives me that much more to read.
