Best Internet OEM Parts Reseller

Hi all -

I apologize if I"m duplicating an existing thread. I'm looking for your input on the best internet seller of OEM BMW parts. I'm not looking for best price but best all around including customer service and willing to lend a hand with locating BMW upgrades and CSL parts.

Thanks

I use www.getbmwparts.com. I think there's another site that others recommend

I check ECS Tuning first, because I like the fact they have pictures of everything.
They also have some of their own aftermarket parts like a magnetic oil drain plug that are cool.
In some cases, they offer both the BMW OEM part, and the same part straight from the same manufacturer that BMW gets them from, but without the BMW mark-up.

For OEM parts, though, I also get most of them from getbmwparts, A.K.A. Tischer.

I recently bought some stuff from TheBMWPartStore. Not exactly snappy delivery, but good enough and the prices and shipping are the lowest I've seen.

I found a good source for OEM bulbs cheap is RMEuropean.

Agree with the above exactly. I use ECS as you can see most things. I will order from either ECS or getbmwparts.com, usually the latter is my choice as I have had exceptional service from them. Once, I ordered a few things and one part was not in stock but I needed it all to go two days later. The ordered the missing part and had it overnighted to them AT THEIR COST so that they could include it in my package. Awesome guys.

In terms of finding the right part, use realoem.com to find the part number then on the getbmwparts website, just do a part search with that number and it will come up.

Again, hate to revive a thread, but...

My buddy is having these same issues. Top unlatches but does nothing afterwards. I'm guessing a hydrolic issue, too.

We're pretty much resolved to do a full rebuild on the entire powered top assembly. What I need help with is a parts list so we can do everything that ought to be replaced in the mean time.
