key fob and automatic soft top question?

How far away can you be and still use your key fob to open the soft top? Mine only seems to work inside of 25 feet. Since I usually have to do the sequence about twice to get it to work, that usually means im standing next to my car like a jackass for about 15 seconds just waiting for it to go.

try placing the metal portion of ur key fob against the underside of ur chin and hold down the unlock button. this should about double the range of ur key fob.

25ft? Mine works about inside about 10 feet. FYI it works by using the key in the drivers door. You can also put the windows and top up.

Oh okay maybe thats just the way they are. Yea Ill probably just use the key from now on. I feel silly just standing there holding the button lol. Thanks for the tip!
