Front round reflector install

I just purchased a 2006 coupe and the previous owner installed an M front bumoer with the round orange reflectors, which had fallen out on him. The car needs it to pass inspection, so i bought new ones and they only have the double stick tape to keep them in. Is there a better way to mount them?
I am not interested in trying to blank them out or paint or fill or decals. I simply want the reflectors mounted securely.
Thanks!

That's the OE method.
If prepped properly, they hold very well.
