Man it all makes sense now.

This damn CDV was throwing off my shifts so bad, I often ended up with too many revs while launching or upshifting

I was starting to question myself

bought an auto... the deal was too good, and they had sold the one I really wanted.... Next one will be manual though, I really miss shifting.. except in bumper to bumper traffic
