Wheel Recommendation for Z4M without Rubbing

What are a good set of 18" wheels that can go on a Z4M that won't rub or require spacers? I'm thinking about upgrading from the stock 18's and want some lighter rims without any of the rubbing or spacers hassle. Tough build quality is also a must. Thanks!

Get something forged if you want lightweight and strong. Volk RE30, TE37, or CE28 comes to mind.

Thanks for the reply. So the Volk RE30, TE37, or CE28 will fit a 2007 Z4M without any mods? I want to stay with 18s. How wide should these wheel be? And where can I get a set of these Volks? I looked on tirerack but I couldn't find any Volks for my car.

I picked my Volks up from Vivid Racing http://www.vividracing.com/catalog/index.php
They have great pricing if you bargain with them.

If you plan on lowering the M and do not whant to deal with rubbing, stick to 8.5 in the front and 9.5 in the rear.

I am on my 5th set of wheels and have Volk TE37's. Went with 10.5 et 25 in the rear and had to modify my fenders. Looks good, but a lot of work.

Good luck,
chris

I've got a set of HRE Comp90s that are both very light and very strong.

I'm actually in Torrance too (well, over in China now but I'll be back next week) if you're interested in checking them out.

They are 19's ... but the stepped lips so they don't look large at all and I think they suit this car perfectly.

Here's a pic of them.
