Fronts will stick out...or run negative camber to fit but will wear the tires fast...

22 is way too aggressive for the front. Even with significant camber I doubt you'll be able to get them to tuck behind the fender wall and, even then, it'll probably look goofy. The rears can work with a reasonable amount of camber, though.

That'll be better. Definitely doable with camber dialed in.

I will be ordering this week my new wheels and I really hope they fit.

Going with 19x8.5 et35 front and 19x9.5 et 25 rear,

A bit of concern about rear ones but I will see it

That setup looks pretty good. It seems most run a 8.5 et35 in front and 10 et25 in rear.

I dont plan to lower my M coupe, but its possible with just springs. But lets just say no lowering for now.

What are my optimal (read: agressive but wont rub at all) offsets. I want them to sit pretty flush without too much negative camber.

8.5 front
9.5 rear
10.0 rear
depend of the offset

I would not go with more then 19" wheels and a good offset to have no problems would be 8.5 et 37 or 38 front and 9.5 et 28 maybe 27. I would not go with 10's in your case.
