I would definitely ask you but your car is not stock so it would not be possible for me to use the numbers as a guide line. Thank's for the offer tho and Thank you so much for the time that you already gave your car for this project, it really save me some big time troubles.

We really appreciate your help on this.

I am very interested to see what the end product looks like - I think at this point I would be interested in mufflers only, would that be an option? Would they mate up to the stock exhaust?

Diokaef,

just a suggestion for when you do the group buy since the spots will be limited,

i think there should be a minimum post requirement (say 100) so that the more active members get first dibs on signing up rather than the ppl who just lurk on here and create an account just to get in on a group buy

I received a email if I would be able to sell the system without ceramic coating;

Yes we can, but some of the parts would be required to be polished in that case what would be almost the same as coating ($$), Also when the system was designed and tested it was with the coat so I will not be able to claim power gains without the coat.

The only parts that could be sold without coat would be the S-pipe and X-pipe (no dyno on this case)

Mufflers and resonators would still require polishing at list so no much savings on this too.

so let me know what you guys think want.

After it goes to a dealer all system will be coated with a proprietary ceramic.

Post it here please what you would like.

I like where this exhaust system is heading! I'm willing to change mine for THIS.

(I LOVE MY EXHAUST SYSTEM BTW)

Are there any real functional issues without a coat?

Be great to see it raw

We will post pictures of each single component with a HD camera before they go to coating. (We are really confident of the quality of our system and it's performance).

The issue with not having the coating is that the coat is a big part of the functional design of the system as a complete set, we did not made any tests of it without it, since it was never on the plans to do it without the coat, so this is the reason that we would not support any claims of gains on a system that we don't have tested first.

One thing to note tho is that if you are not interested in the full set or have intention to convert to a full set as the time pass the coating should not do much for you, besides of looking really good.

I don't ever sacrifice in quality, this whole project had costed us until the moment over 3 times the price of the car itself, I never intended to settle for less only for the best and once I'm allowed to give you guys the names of all the companies involved with this to make it possible to come true I believe all doubts will be out of the picture.

Also the coating will be a exclusive type of coat intended to be used mostly with our system but it should be later released to the open market what would make it possible for you to coat it later direct with JetHot.

S-pipe Proto-type tested

The details were covered, it will only be uncovered after the production piece comes out.

Also all the welds are not the final weld job.

dio, just so there's clarity here - u will not be marketing and selling a set of mufflers separately from the rest of ur full exhaust system?

Not at the moment, but maybe a race muffler in the future only for the OEM x-pipe. What means that it will not work with our x-pipe w/o adapter.

Reality is that do to the cost of launch a new system being so high it makes very hard to deviate from the main system and add different accessories.

We are trying to work in a adapter for the OEM kind muffler to work in our system, but it will not be a recommended matte.

Our system have a totally different pipe diameter (bigger) then OEM or of any aftermarket setup out there.

It would be like trying to put a tampon in the tail pipe.
