Restoring Xenon Headlights
Got lucky today. Found a local guy who was selling a pair of Xenon Z4 lights - $500 for the pair.
I know how to clean up the lenses. Anyone have any tips for resealing and otherwise servicing these? He said he replaced them due to condensation build up. |

Just a bit of Novus plastic and a few minutes with the buffer does magic.
Going to ditch my Sonar (now Spyder) headlights. $100 plus shipping. PM me if you’re interested. |

Not sure about fitment, but regarding condensation...
I had that issue as well, I replaced one of my Xenon headlight housings due to broken alignment gearing. I bought new back panels for both lights with new rubber seals on the panels. Used a hair dryer to dry out the inside of the housing. Lubricated the panel seals and installed them snug. No more condensation on the inside of the housing.
