Help: Electrical Issue Z4M

Long shot but hopefully someone has an idea. I just changed my fluids (oil, coolant, and brakes) and now the car is idling bad and has issues with the dash. Tach works then doesn't, radio screen is blank except horizontal dashes, and lights are on (ABS, Doors ajar, exclamation mark). The car died while idling, went to start it and the dashed clicked. Tried again and everything was fine.

Any ideas? You only have to remove one electrical component above the oil filter. I disconnected the battery for a while on a prayer but that didn't do it.

Start with the battery. Check voltage with the car off and then running. Should be close to 12.6v at rest and above 13v running.
