Why does it seem like half the roads are wide enough for only 1 car? Do you have to pull over and stop every time there's an oncoming car? What's the rule for yielding?

In the second half of the video, the roads are narrow and in bad conditions.
The wide angle from the GoPro are not what they seem. The white and red bus cuts the line and drove on my side. Next mods: performance brake kit and a KW CS. Last edited by evel karnievel; 12-21-2015 at 03:56 PM.. |

Updates please!!!
Evel, can i ask you to show me a close up as to how the snorkel fits in your car, and if the guy who fitted your airbox and snorkel had to modify (read cut) part of the snorkel to fit it in the Z4m? just eyeballing it now and looks like i will need to get my cutter out.. also on your airbox, (and mine, its the same one from Karbonious) you have 2 vacuum hoses coming out the top, one the main breather, and the other smaller one going to a vacuum valve. Is this the one that was on the OEM intake elbow? just past the MAF? I only have 3 vacuum hoses total in my car, including the elbow vacuum hose, just wondering if i need to just plug that 2nd pipe on top off. Hope your around to give me some input cheers mate.

Absolutely unreal shots. THANK YOU!!
Hey, I noticed you guys are putting what look like the 135i Brembo calipers on the front end correct? I had a 135i which I powdercoated the calipers and put a Brembo sticker on them, came out fantastic. You can remove those ugly counter weights on either end of the caliper. I removed them from my 135i and experienced no ill effects either, removing them makes the caliper look WAY better. Just a thought, thanks again for the pics!! |

I hope there is a day I can make a similar trip. This is absolutely stunning and I'm more green with envy than a doctor Seuss character.

The guys from 1addicts make a kind of this trip every year. Please search for the user "dackelone". Arsonism Thanks! NickyC Yes, I want to install the 135i front caliper. i will test it with the original trim but I saw some pics without the counter weights. We will see. So, update from today. Quick and dirty pics. Looks great, that interior is by far the best I've seen for our cars. I'll say it again, it makes the car look 5x more expensive.

Hey,
this is the thread from the last year tour. http://www.1addicts.com/forums/showt...1112403&page=6 There are all crazy guys inside. Artemis and Dackelone are the leading planner. It was made by a small company in germany. I payed round about 200€ for the steering wheel and the shift bag. The quality is great. It is installed since 15000Km and is in good conditions. I highly recommend it. |
