Couple of questions man, that part number for the flywheel you listed previously is NOT for the z4m, and is only for the z3m. Not sure if that makes any difference, but found out as my freaking pressure plate won't fit the lightweight flywheel. My flywheel part number is 520-180-240 which is the proper fitment for z4m.??? Yes

The clutch plate will fit both, but the pressure plate won't.

What did you end up fitting to your car?
That's strange, I had no problems with the installation and fitment. I did send my flywheel out to be balanced prior to install.

I would reach out to the guys at Turner since they put this package together and see if they can help.

Street Shoes vs Track Shoes, You gotta love HRE's but the square set up for the track handles so much better. DME should be back this week get it on the road and start getting her dialed in.

Wow this thread is insane! Great looking car, and the massive balls it takes to do this type of work! What wheels are those on the bottom picture?

Thanks matey, yeah I think the difference is I have the 520-180-240 flywheel, not the 520-010-240 one. Thanks for the help though, and yeah trying to sort it out with Turners atm. Sorry to sidetrack you from your build thread. LOVING your car man, I just cant wait to see it running/going. going to be completely EPIC!!!!!

as you said man, work of art of those parts going together.

Love the new Titans, looks like they will be the goto track wheels. They look much better than the HRE's , esp on the front.

Well, we finally figured out what was going on with the throttle actuator. The Dinan throttle bodies were not set correctly by the manufacturer and the fail-safe was cutting power and not allowing the car to complete the startup sequence. Since they specifically tell you not to mess with the settings or it will void the warranty it makes this hard to track down.

The next step is getting the new Epic Alpha tune flashed to the ECU and then off to the Dyno Next week.

Great work, looks really nice. Can you take a shot of the snorkel interacting with the intake scoop in the front bumper.

Also what are you running exhaust wise?

We had to cut most of the snorkel off. there is no way around that and I used my RPI scoop which pushes the air directly into the box.

The exhaust is a set of epic stepped headers, Supersprint straight, and x-pipe with RPI cans.

I finally got her back out on the road for testing. All looking surprisingly good with only a few adjustments and we have not even completed the alpha tune yet. .

We have evening track days at Road Atlanta and my night vision is not great, so I added them and swapped out all my OEM headlights to LED lamps, I get twice the vision without blinding the guys in front of me.

Thanks, the car started out as just a daily and has progressed over the years. I did not want the fog lights to be seen, so I put them behind the lower grill.

I ended up finding a piece of Zinc-Plated Slotted Angle and attached it to the subframe. I had to grind down the corners, which I would have made a little cleaner if I did it again.

The lights are 4"LED with a yellow tint and I have a toggle switch on the dash that turns them off and on. They are solid and fit perfectly behind the grill.

First dyno session pushed a 377.48 to the wheels "dyno jet equivalent" and 266 lbs of torque. Sending my data logs back to Epic for tweaking. I stopped at 7200RPM because I am running a 4:10 rear diff.
