Mechanics Question

How do you properly torque bolts in hard to reach/tight locations? Is there a special torque wrench? I have searched everywhere with no luck. I have a torque ratchet that goes from 25 to 200 (mountain) and it works great until I have to put 69lbs on a bolt buried in the subframe!

Thanks
