12.5mm front and 12.5mm rear. Basically one 12.5mm spacer on every single wheel.

No you will need negative camber up front to fit the rears. Camber bolts work well in this regard since it pushes the top of the tire IN away from the fenders.

And no way I'd run 225 width tires on 9" rims. At least step up to 245 width.

If you're doing this for looks then both points above are moot. To answer your question, the following companies offer a bbk: Stoptech, Brembo, AP, Alcon, Wildwood, K-sport and Rotora. If it were my money I'd go with either of the first 3, although Stoptech appears to be the cheapest of the 3.
If cost is a big factor, look at cost of ownership, not just initial purchase. A friend of mine got a really good deal on a set of Rotora's and then gave all the savings back and then some when it came time for pad replacement.........

Stupid question: if you need with 224, you need also with Csl, 'cause they're 8,5 ET44, correct ??!?

It's not just the ET.
It depends on the style of wheel and how much clearance there is on the backside of the spokes to the BBK.
The OE wheel spokes are quite thick, so not as much clearance.

Usually the supplier can provide a fitting template that gives the profile of the bbk, so you could measure up to the inner spoke profile of your wheel.
But spacers are usually required in the front.

On Stoptech website, and others, there're some informations for spacer..... NOTHING in Brembo: only recommended slotted rotor for our sospension !!

You can't assume anything.

You have to make sure the calipers on the big brake kit clears the inner wheel barrel, back of the spokes at the barrel side, and back of the spokes at the HUB side. Because fixed calipers require space to house pistons on the outboard side (facing away from the car) as well as the inside, it takes up more hardware space both near the hub and sometimes near the barrel as well.

When we measured and fitted the RacingBrake caliper on the front, initially based on measurement of the OEM caliper we thought it would clear the wheels without using spacers. As it turns out, the RB calipers require more clearance on the barrel side because the BMW OEM Style 224 wheels has a bump on the barrel closer to the spokes (very typical of OEM wheels), as well as the spokes near the hub of the wheel interfering with the caliper where as the barrel side of the spoke cleared the caliper just fine. Because the way the Style 224 spokes curved very gradually toward the barrel, the end result was the spokes near the hub has a very steep angle and little clearance.

Plus the barrel near the spoke has less radial clearance as well due to the bump on the barrel.

The ONLY way to tell whether or not a BBK will clear a particular wheel, is if someone already fitted that combo and can tell you whether or not it fits (and if it does, what size spacers they need to run to clear it).

I was running KW Clubsport previously, these are a big improvement.

I am not using spacers on my Apex rims. Details of rims below.

Front Wheel Sizes: 18x8.5" - ET35 - Profile 1
Rear Wheel Sizes: 18x9.5" - ET22 - Profile 3

I had to use spacers on the stock z4m wheels.

Just did a set of Rolloface SR-C Track BBK Setup:

8piston Front Calipers w/380mm Rotor (Stock brake dust shield trimming req'd)
6piston Rear Calipers x/356mm Rotor (Stock brake dust shield trimming req'd)
SS Lines Front & Rear

Works great so far! Amazing construction straight forward install, will hit the track late October and report back!

For brembo I found this (this is for the normal Z4 but I'm sure there is info on the /m too):

http://www.brembo-shop.de/brembo-gt-...-1m18006a.html
(lol look at that price....)

I have a bbk from ECS (basically 135i m calipers, some discs and a bracket they made themselves), and even they have a template:
http://bd8ba3c866c8cbc330ab-7b26c6f3...ormanceBBK.pdf
AP has similar sheets for download from what I briefly glanced at.

So I think it's quite common? Maybe/albeit sometimes hard to find online but I'm sure a certified agent can provide that info with official backing from the factory.
Not everything is always online for the public and is only shared when the interest is serious in this market (some people have a hard time to believe that )
(like try and find an installation manual for an ESS supercharger.... they distribute that through a dropbox or something like that )
