Wheel Hub Replace

i have Light alloy rims and Hub caps are old. i would like to replace them. Does anybody knows how to replace them? thats number 4 i got.

Take the rim off, there's a hole you can see the back of the cap from, just use a screwdriver and pop them out.

damn,i have to take the all 4 rims off to replace these little caps. i dont have tools to take the rims off,any other way you know?

If you have a really small screwdriver you wedge it between the cap and wheel and pop it out. Just put something against the wheel paint so you don't chip it.

Since you are replacing them, you could do a destructive removal.

I just did the exact same thing. I didn't take off the wheels, I had a suction thingy that hangs a mirror on my shower door. Stuck it on and they popped right off.

i bought plastic tools from Strauss auto. replaced all 4 hub caps that was easy.

If you don't want the old ones, just drill a small hole or puncture them with a screw driver. They pop right out

You can use a Xacto knife or other thin blade to pop em out pretty easily.

The new style ones (36136783536) look much better and fit a little bit tighter as well.
