I'm looking into buying buying the bimmerbrakes headers and some O2 simulators. I need help choosing between these two models and I want to know what exactly the differences are (asides from the price and structure).
$450

$325

My second question is, where can I find the bimmerbrakes O2 sims? I looked all over the place and could not find them.
Any help will be highly appreciated. Thank you!

I have the Bimmerbrakes V1 header on my car.
Fitment was good.
O2 sensor locations are a bit tight.

I would suggest a ceramic coating to keep the heat down.

I am not sure that the simulators work and the Bimmerbrakes sim is not produced anymore.

Try these guys and report back if they work or not.

What did you do about your sensors?

The 2 pre cat sensors are in the header along with a wideband sensor. The fourth bung is capped.

The post cat sensors are screwed into a custom crossover where the resonator used to be.
I get an SES.
Looking to put on Supersprint dual cat pipes during the winter.
Emissions test next April

What do you suggest I do to run a lean system? I searched the forums for hours and the only solution I found was to use the O2 sims.

Don' t know what a lean system is.

Not sure if the O2 sims really work, I know some of the E46 guys have had good luck with the simulators.

I would definitely use a sim over cats if they would send the ECU a ready code for emissions.

Sorry there is no definitive answer for you.
