Concave BBS CH Staggered look

Hi,

What is the offset of the staggered BBS CH look on the Z4M coupes? On tire rack, I see 19x8.5 +35 and 19x10 +22. Will these fit and are these concave?

Also, would the 18" variant fit better? 18x8.5 +35 and 18x10 +40

One of my favorite wheels. those offsets will fit. I think the polished caps look the best with ch's.
