About to go Ape Sh$t with Natural aspiration....
In the works:
I just purchased a Cylinder Head ..... :-) It will go to VAC Motorsports for a stage 3 port and polish... It will have only top shelf of everything inside it.... It will have Schrick Cams..... Then It will be returned to me with a True CSL BOX... I will assemble all by March plus an Alpha N tune on top of everything. JOY. Last edited by Z4-VILLA; 12-25-2011 at 07:23 PM.. |

That's a lot of cheese for N/A build, but if I had the funds I would do the same. N/A is definitely nice to beat on the track, not to mention the CSL Airbox growl. If you're going CSL box, does that mean you're getting rid of the RPi setup? God knows when you have both the RPi will still drown out the music from the S54.

Also subscribed!! Good luck!! All that bark to go along with the loudest exhaust you can find. HAHA
I've always wondered some things about this N/A stuff...would upgrading to high(er) flow injectors help/hinder, and if they help how much?

I'd go with this route instead of turbo/supercharger simply because NA is just more fun to me. I've had a couple of turbo cars before and don't get me wrong, they are awesome - but there's something unique about a natural aspirated engine built to produce gobs of power. Engine modification at it's purest form. And the sound is downright stupid.
