Someone has experience and/or have insights with the VAC710 kit?
Can it run well in a properly built engine?

Without good tuning no motor will last at those supposed power levels.
And yes, it will require a built motor at the very least.

pokeybritches would be your best bet for any tuning requirements at those levels.
