New cross drilled BMW Performance Rotors (Front). These were discontinued a few years ago and now fetch $450-500 shipped from Turner and ECS.

These weigh ~3lb less per corner and make a notable difference in handling, acceleration, and braking.

I got these for my E46 but according to realoem they'll fit 3.0si Z4s too.
