F30 18inch wheels on Z4M?

Could it be possible to get the F30 M3/4 wheels on a Z4M?

front: 9.0 et29
rear: 10.0 et40

they'll fit if you have -2.5deg (or more) camber up front, and a 15mm spacer in the rear. tire choice will be critical, as a track tire may be too square-shouldered to keep from rubbing the front liners through.

check out The HACK's thread on getting his rear stock wheels to fit up front... that should get you going.

obviously a 265 or 255 tire will 'fit' better with less camber, but as I said before, this is a good place to start.

I have 19" M3/M4 wheels style 437M. Et29F/et40r. My chamber up front is 2.3 rear 1.8 with a 10mm spacer at the rear. ZERO issues, so you should be fine with 18"
