Z4 MC Surprise
Sorry, if everyone else besides me knew about this already...
I just found out by accident that there are seat pockets behind our seats I was searching for my pen that had dropped behind my seat so i adjusted the seat as far up as possible and voila i noticed the seat pocket. Just wanted to share my new secret hiding place.... I guesss not so secret anymore. lol |

hahaha congrats It's part of the premium package i think (the bit listed as "storage package") but they're entirely useless if you're tall and your seats are up against the wall anyway!

Yea I saw that the other day while detailing the interior, I was wondering how they are usable what so ever. Maybe if you're 4 foot and sit all the way forward. I'm 6'1, no way that pockets getting used.

I have heard that if your seat touches the on the back that it could rub through the seat backing. I always try to leave like a pinkies width behind for that reason.

If you've ever seen a carjacking take place, you would not have time to even think about grabbing it. Consider it a "stolen" piece, now in the hands of the criminal, along with your nice Zed.

Knives > guns, especially in the hands of one of you guys.

I'm 5'10" and have room for the owner's manual portfolio in the net behind my seat. When traveling I use the Deluxe Roadster Valet from Roadster Solutions and hang it on the passenger seat back. Need to move the seat up about 3" to allow room for it. My wife is 5'4" so there is plenty of room for both of us. I feel the pain of those taller than 6'. Occasionally I have passengers who are taller and they always jam the seat back as far as possible. Nothing else in my nets.

I keep my owner's manual in the seat pocket; being new to bmw I'm still on the low end of the learning curve.
