Rear/Front view Camera

Is it possible to add front and rear view cameras to a 2008 roadster with factory nav. ? I would want it to work with the factory nav screen.

Yep I have installed what you are asking about. Front and rear on factory nav. I have a switch for the front, and the rear automatically comes on when I hit reverse. I don't see the module for sale anymore but its similar to this:
