Polishing the Engine

I have been lately polishing the aluminum oil filter cap. I have it to nearly a chrome finnish. Ihave been told that the fuel rails and AC lines polish up real nice. Does any one have any other suggestions to polish in the engine compartment? I would love to see some pictures of your personal touches. Has anyone added any carbon fiber (CF) covers? I have seen engine covers and windshield washer tank in CF for sale on eBay.

I've seen polished VANOS cases on various E46 M3s. Personally I prefer the stock matte finish.
