CA Smog Testing Requirements-Anyone Know Details?
General impression of myself and some other forum members is that CA has a new (effective Jan 1, 2013) testing program for at least some of the newer model cars. Anyone out there know what the program details/requirements are as they relate to our cars? Thanks

Looks like starting around summertime there will be no sniffer on the dyno for 2000 and up model year cars. Only visual and obd computer check.
