Who sells that? I think you'll really like the weighted shift knob. It still amazes me how much difference it makes.

ContiSportContact 5 SSRs.
Don't hate me. Had to compromise in the interest of self-preservation. You wouldn't think getting new tires would be a lot of work, but I spent over an hour picking bits of double sided tape off the wheels. My back is killing me from squatting over them, and my fingernails are worn down to nubs.

I bought my zed a tank of gas. It may not sound like much but, where I live, they salt the roads in winter -- and it is winter. So the zed stays in the garage. But we had a LOT of rain over the past week and the roads were clean and so out we went! Stopped at the local no-ethanol station on the way home. A good day.

The AC Schnitzer version lists for $495 but it's on sale for $350. GasLock makes it for them (I am fairly certain) and its on eBay sold through a German supplier for $281!!!!! https://www.ebay.com/ulk/itm/262064790786 I like how cool it is and it adds some cool tech to the Z4 although it is more of a digital trinket. It's very functional. One day soon it will be mine. |

That sure beats a set of ///M tire valve caps.
Nice ride. Welcome to the club. What color interior do you have? Salty

The shifting action was "off" due to its length and weight. After I installed the ZHP shift knob and pulled out of the driveway, with my first 2-3 shift felt natural. And the shift knob sits much lower which may take a drive or two for me to get acclimated to its height. I am now considering that if I get LED shift knob that I will have that "off" feeling with each shift again. I will get used to this one for now because my first short trip to the store made me a believer. Here is the janky shift knob my car came with and then the new ZHP knob. |

Always good to have control of your vehicle under control. It's mandated by the Ministry of Redundancy Minister. But, seriously, how does it know what gear you're in? Edit: Just had to look it up. Tilt sensors. and "We assume no warranty for correctness of the display."

Bought and installed a set of 18" VMR V710's!
Currently have crappy night pictures. Waiting for it to stop snowing so I can get a decent picture. These are coming from my phone so hopefully they aren't huge. View post on imgur.com View post on imgur.com View post on imgur.com |
