E85 windshield cover removal

Anyone have ideas on how this part is removed? Part #2 in the diagram

Trying to get that off so I can replace the top strike plates

No worries

While I had my pillar covers off I added a bit of HVAC putty to the connection points to stop an annoying vibration I had.
Worked slick for me.
I may go back in and do the header trim as well it has started vibrating now.

When I took mine off to fix the leather, I didn't take the light out.
There's lots of slack in the wires, so you can take the whole thing off and then unplug the connector from the rear.
I hate prying plastic bits like that out. The tabs always break off.
