decided on a set of wheels....2007 bmw z4 coupe

Will these wheels fit my 2007 bmw z4 coupe 3.0si? I am also planning on lowering the car a bit and wanted to make sure they wouldn't stick out or be a problem for me in order to do this. These are the wheels I'm looking at getting....
Front Fitment:19x8.5 ET40
Rear Fitment:19x9.5 ET22

I think the rear offset will be too aggressive. It looks like the rear is a M offset. I posted a threat awhile back on a set of 19X10 ET25 and the responses I got was a "no".

The rear offset is fine for the Z4 M but insufficient for your 3.0Si. You'll have a lot of wheel/tire sticking out past the fenders. I have 18x9.5 with an et of 43 on mine and would consider it very close to max. A 22 et would stick out about 7/8 inch more.
