The best thing for your BMW engine is BMW approved synthetic oil without any additives. Change every 5,000 - 8,000 miles, depending on in-town vs. highway miles and annually if driven less than 5,000 miles/year.

It's Atomic and has the 3C Effect (and it's only Stage 1!!), I don't see how you could go wrong with that.
